Corrective exercise


Corrective exercise coaching is an approach used to bring balance back to the musculoskeletal system. There is no “one size fits all” approach, each body is completely unique and should be conditioned according to the needs of the individual.

Craig’s individualised, specialist assessment and treatment approach helps to single out the systemic causes of physical imbalance and create a tailored programme to resolve them.

Back Pain


Craig Lambert has extensive experience assessing and dealing with the causes of back pain such as Sciatica, spinal stenosis and herniated disks and their associated symptoms.
Back pain can consist of back ache, muscle spasm and referred pain to the backs of the legs. If these symptoms are present specific muscle strengthening is prescribed in the treatment and prevention of back pain.
The majority of back pain is due to poor posture and prolonged sitting or standing at work. Poor sitting support at work can lead to conditions such as spinal stenosis, herniated disk and facet syndrome. Postural advice and back exercises are key to improving spinal stability and reducing stress on the involved structures.
